I, Sunil Chander Sharma, a Civil Engineer from Delhi College of Engineering (now DTU), began my career in 1981 with excellent grade companies in the Gulf and Middle East. During this journey, I realized a tremendous need to improve the selection of skilled manpower, as India’s vast workforce often lacked the quality required by global standards. Addressing this gap was essential to strengthen the image of Indian skilled workforce and to benefit overseas clients.
With this vision, I founded Suntech Engineers & Contractors (SEC) in 1990-to connect skilled manpower with global opportunities and contribute to growth and development worldwide.
