Document Required from Employers

 

The employer should provide us the following documents before we undertake the assignment:

Power of Attorney appointing us as the principle representative in India to undertake the desired responsibilities and act on their behalf.

Demand Letter Such documents shall be issued by the company and should state:

  • The number of personnel required from India

  • Job Specifications, descriptions, designation, experience, academic/professional qualification and any other specification in order to locate the right personnel.

  • Salary offered to each category of employees and other facilities provided by the company

  • Medical / Insurance

  • Contract period (Duration of work)

  • Location of the work

The delivery time schedule for the Company's personnel requirements and such other information as the Company deems necessary or as per the agent's request.

Employment Contracts duly authenticated by the company's authorized representatives and/or signatories.

Visas / No Objection Certificates (NOCs) must be available at the Embassy of the employer's country or as per the rules of the country.

Authority Authorizing us to draw visas intended for required manpower wherever / whenever required.
